Stamped Concrete Driveways

The driveway is the first thing people see. A stamped concrete driveway turns a gray slab into a signature feature, and it is built to carry the weight of everyday life.

What to Expect

Built Right, Finished Beautifully

The greatest curb appeal comes from the details people notice from the street. A driveway with a stamped pattern, a contrasting border and a tidy apron makes a home look finished, and it adds to the value of the property.

Driveways carry heavy loads, so we build them on a compacted base with the right thickness and reinforcement for the traffic they will see. Control joints are placed carefully so the pattern flows and any natural cracking is controlled.

We can stamp the whole driveway or just the apron and borders, pair it with a stamped walkway and patio, and choose colors that complement your brick, siding and roof.

Planning Tips

Driveways Start Below the Surface

The base matters more than the surface. Middle Tennessee clay holds water, so we pay close attention to grading, drainage and compaction. If your current driveway is cracked or sinking, we will look at the reason first, so the new one does not repeat the problem.

Questions About Stamped Concrete Driveways

Still have a question?

Call 615-357-7797

Can you stamp a driveway over my existing concrete?

Sometimes. If the existing slab is sound, a decorative overlay can give a stamped look. If it is badly cracked or sunken, replacing it is usually the better choice.

Is a stamped driveway strong enough for vehicles?

Yes, when it is built on a proper base with the right thickness and reinforcement.

How long before I can drive on it?

We will tell you how long to stay off it, based on weather and the mix.

Do I need to seal it?

Sealing protects the color and surface and is part of the process.
