A retaining wall carries the weight of soil and water, so it has to be built right. That means a proper footing, reinforcement and drainage behind the wall, not just a stack of material.
We build retaining walls in poured concrete and concrete block. Poured walls can be stamped to look like natural stone, or faced with veneer. Walls can include caps, steps and planters.
Retaining walls often go hand in hand with patios, driveways and walkways, so we can design the walls and flatwork together.

Water behind a wall is what makes walls fail. We plan drainage as part of every wall. Taller walls can need engineered design, and we will tell you when yours does. If you have a hillside you want to use, send us photos and we will talk through options.

Pour or Lay
Place concrete or lay block, with reinforcement.
Finish & Backfill
Stamp or face the wall, install drainage and backfill.

It depends on the soil and the design. Taller walls may need engineering, and we will tell you.
Can a concrete wall look like stone?
Yes. Stamped texture and color can look very convincing.
