Concrete cracks. Some cracks are cosmetic and some tell you something is wrong underneath. We look at why a slab cracked, sank or heaved, so the repair addresses the cause, not only the symptom.
Repairs can include crack filling, patching, resurfacing and replacing sections. When a slab is beyond repair, we demolish and haul it away, correct the base and drainage and pour a new one, plain or decorative.
We handle the whole job: demolition, disposal, base repair and the new concrete, so you deal with one crew.

Why Did It Crack?
Most serious cracking and settling comes from the base, not the concrete. Poor compaction, water washing out soil, tree roots and heavy loads are common culprits. We will tell you what we see, so a new slab does not repeat the problem.
