What to Expect
Built Right, Finished Beautifully
A concrete overlay is a thin layer of specially made material applied over an existing slab. It can be stamped, stenciled, textured or colored, giving you a decorative surface for far less disruption than a full replacement.
Overlays work best on slabs that are structurally sound, with minor cracks and surface wear. We inspect the slab, repair cracks and prepare the surface so the overlay bonds properly.
If a slab has major structural problems, such as heave or deep settling, we will tell you honestly that replacement is the better choice.

Will an Overlay Work on My Concrete?
The slab underneath matters. Overlays need a sound, clean surface. We check for sunken areas, large cracks that move and drainage problems, because an overlay will not fix them. Send us photos or call us and we will give you an honest opinion at your estimate.
